Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick List Greenwich Village townhouse for $25 Million
After years of searching for their perfect townhouse, back in March 2011, Hollywood star couple Sarah Jessica Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick bought a truly special townhouse, which is described to be rare and the treasure of Manhattan’s Greenwich Village for $19 million. But now, just 18 months later, after splashing out some serious money to refurbish it and even not moving into the place, the couple referred to as ‘fickle house hunters’ sets sight to fetch some big property profits. As the acting duo due to concerns over a lack of privacy, have now listed their spacious six-bedroom stately Greek Revival-style townhouse located just off Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village’s Gold Coast for $25 million. However, the price doesn’t seem such a high amount, considering that billionaires like Facebook co-founder Sean Parker and Google co-founder Sergey Brin have their homes in Greenwich Village, the place where a new ultra-luxury condo building asked for whopping $1 million for just a single parking space, to become the most expensive parking in New York City.
