A group of white Knights arrived over the weekend to rescue the damsel in distress, Knight Capital. 

A consortium of securities firms including Jefferies & Co., Getco, Blackstone Group, TD Ameritrade, Stephens, Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus purchased convertible securities which may be turned into a 70% ownership stake in the resurrected Knight.
